Jamestown S'Klallam Tribal Council, Past and Present

The Council Today

In the 21st Century, with a government staff of over 160 people, the Jamestown S’Klallam Tribal Council concentrates on governance and community development at the local, regional and national level, economic development to maintain the finances to continue to provide and augment services to the Tribal community and natural resource protection to assure treaty rights.

 

The Tribe is a respected member of the community, generously contributing to causes and participating in projects which benefit all who live on the North Olympic Peninsula.
